The primary objective of the Facilities Division is to manage and maintain city-owned facilities in an efficient and safe manner so they can be used and enjoyed by residents, employees and visitors. In this effort the division: 
  • Manages over $53 million of land, buildings, furniture, machinery and equipment.
  • Plans, coordinates and manages capital improvements to city-owned buildings and grounds
  • Provides custodial and operational services.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Facilities Division is to provide for the management of the city-owned facilities in order to coordinate decisions regarding buildings, grounds, utilities and equipment for the safe and efficient use by residents, employees and visitors.
